RELATIONSHIP ON WORK

Naturally peoples couldn't living alone.He had to made interaction
with another one.In a working place,out side of proffesional
works,everyone have to make interaction. It's important because
basically we are a social human who works in a team. We living in the
middle of communities. Interaction will growth up to be a relatioship.
Especially related in a work, relationship will make our work become
easier.

In my opinion,two people or more who having a good relationship will
playing as a teamwork with a good point. Thay have respect from each
other to do their works with responsibility. They will cover the
weakness each other, in other hands will supports each other.

Sometimes or maybe often happened, there was one goal which already
decided couldn't be achieved as a planning. A teamwork failed to made
it happened. Many factors could be a source problem but one of it must
be a relationship.

From now, improve your work with having a good relationship with the other.

SELF MOTIVATION SKILLS

Self motivation skills mean that we have to bring the work spirits
into ourselves.Whatever the conditions,we have to survive facing any
working problems.Try to see the people on around who having self
motivation skills.He will never give up and keep always have a power
to do all his work.

Motivation is like a virus,it can influence our body cells or any body
with very fast.When motivation has growth up on our mind,it will push
all cells in the body to work faster.

There was a physicological question about motivation:
"What would you said if you find a glass fill with a half of water?"
It is a half empty or it is a half full.
The answer each person will be different,its related with way of think
our mind or motivation.
People who already do self motivation will choose that the glass is a half full.
He see everything with optimism.It can be analogical like better
success than fail.On his works,he can see that there is a challenge in
every opportunities not a missery.He will take any responsibilities on
his works without blaming the others or any conditions.

So,don't underestimate your self motivation skills.

BUILDING TEAM

Have you ever heard about a football team which consist of a class world play makers with the number of salary of them are very big? But when this team playing, he can be defeated by a team with only have some class word players.

It's a terrible story, really.

A team should be a union. That's the secret.

When the team already play as a teamwork, it has to eliminate their ego. They have to be one vision, winning the game. Bring the team to the victory.

Building the team can be convert to work. But it's not easy as rolling out the hand. It needs a process. Need a leadership, professionalism, respect and tolerance. Because we realize that every persons are unique.

a. Leadership
A captain or a leader the team should be have a strong character to lead the team. He has to known every persons who are being join in a team. Make them be important in a part of a team. If needed, leader has strength to a team but sometimes has to weak, it conditional. And always make communication with them.

b. Professionalism
Each individual problems has not to disturb teamwork. On the other hands, each problems in a work should be not broken the relationship each other.

c. Respect & tolerance
Every part of a team have to respect each other. Make sure that every person in a team have being a big family.

ENJOY AT WORK

Make your day full of happiness with enjoying your work. Any kinds of your works. Eventhough your work requires a whole day or a whole times with under pressure, make it easier. Enjoy at work will help you determine stress.

Try to smile or laughing when you doing your work. It doesn't mean you're not serious with the job. You keep serious out with another way.
Make it your habits.
And you will find that your work is fun. Every jobs that you found will be light.

POSITIVE THINGKING

On a saturday evenings, a boss asked to me to work on sunday. Because my report has to presented on monday at 10 am. There was no other choice to finish my work. It was impossible to bring it to my home. It needs a lot of tools to make a data for arrange my report and need a teamworks.

Meanwhile i had an appoinment with my girl. I already plan to going vacation on that sunday to the mountain, a long time ago.

I was surprised when heard my boss asked to me. I was upset, sad and unhappy at the same time. I couldn't focused on my jobs, so i decided to going home early.
Everything that i saw on my home was bad. I really feel unhappy. I was bring my upset on my home.

And then i realize that it's about my thingking. I have to changing it. So i try step by step turn on my mind be a positive thingking. I take a depth breath, close my eyes and thanks to God that i am still alive, having a good job, best girl, great partners and friends.
Finally everything became change. I found my happiness. I feel more better than before and i can no wait to work again.

DICIPLINE AT WORK

1. Have you ever late paying the taxes and at least you have to paid the extra charge ?
2. Have you ever late entering to your company so you were not allowed to entered. On the salary day you surprised that your salary had been cut for absent?
3. Have you ever heard people being crushed on the crossing way due to ignoring traffic light so it effect traffic jam ?
4. Have you ever late to eat and then your stomach getting uncomfortable, you see the whole day be a bad day ?
5. Have you ever fail to delivery your things due to production not finish on time and how much you loss ?

it's all because of we are late. NOT DICIPLINE.
Everything have been link, if we are not dicipline that will be effect to ourself & the others.

WHY I HAVE BORING WITH MY JOB?

When we get a big problem with our works, sometimes some of us will go down. They will have some arguments like these :

• Oh god !! it's too hard to me. Its better if i get a new jobs.
• On my positions, I should be not getting like this.
• The job is not correct to me, i will find another jobs
• Every day my boss was angry with me. I am sick about it!!
• My jobs requires a whole time. Now, i have no time for having fun. No time for myself, my friends and my family. It's enough for me!

From above cases, seems that we didn't like our jobs.
It's time to changing our perspective.
Try to see with another way. How ??

LOVE

Bring and give love to your jobs. Feel it !! with happiness.
When love become one to our jobs, every jobs that we found will be fun. Knowing that every jobs same with our history, have own meanings.
If you still not have fun with your jobs, it can be sure that you're not love with one.

Worker As A Teamwork

Teamwork should be exist in every single of division on a company. Success of the division will effect to company, it depends on teamworks of members. More solids a teamworks make the division growing fast and work will be finish faster right on scheduling.
" On the managerial division at garment company, location in Indonesia, there are team consist of 7 people, leader by a boss. Each people have their own main job which hard & full under pressure by head of company.
Someday, Alfred, one of 7 people, was absent because of sick. He left a lot of pending jobs which urgent to be finished on that day. There were more 5 jobs had to be finished.
Knowing of that, their partners take fast action. They make a meeting to share Alfred's pending jobs. Everyone get add jobs.
Eventhough they have to extra works finishing their own jobs and Alfred's jobs on that day, they do it with full responsibility. Because they realize that growth of company depends on their division. If one jobs were fails so reputation of their divisions will be falls down too, they didn't want it."
It's about teamwork which need a passions to help and share with somebody.
